About Our CEO

With a flair for business & financial literacy Sal is no novice in the financial field. My Passion for business came at a young age, growing up working in a family business. My passion to help others achieve success came as second nature. Before embarking on my journey to follow my passion, I ran a Liberty Tax franchise while simultaneously obtaining a degree in Business/accounting.  Needing help with starting a business, or a small business owner looking to save on your taxes, he is here to help.

Sal is registered with the IRS to be able to electronically file tax returns, he is also a participant in the IRS’s Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP) and can assist with tax preparation in all states. The AFSP record of completion means he can represent the clients whose return he prepared and signed, before IRS revenue agents, IRS customer service representatives, and other similar IRS employees.

Sal understands the struggles of starting and running your own business and his goal is to make sure that you don’t make costly tax mistakes that may cost you.

Pricing and services

Personal Tax Preparation $295-$495

For clients who need their personal taxes prepared. This service includes:

• Preparation and E-filing
  • Federal 1040, corresponding personal forms and schedules, state forms, and Itemizing if needed.
• E-signature for tax documents
  • Review your tax return and sign it directly from your smart phone, tablet, or computer with out having to interrupt your busy schedule or leave the comfort of your home.

Self Employed Tax Preparation $495-$895

For clients who are Self Employed or have a mixture of Self Employed income and other types of income. This service includes:

• Preparation and E-filing
  • Federal 1040, corresponding personal forms and schedules, state forms, Itemizing if needed.
  • Either schedule listed or a combination of the following schedules listed; Schedule C-Profit or Loss from Business, Schedule E-Income or loss from Rental Real Estate, Schedule F-Profit or Loss from Farming, Schedule D Capital Gains and Losses, etc.
• E-signature for tax documents
  • Review your tax return and sign it directly from your smart phone, tablet, or computer without having to interrupt your busy schedule or leave the comfort of your home.

Advisory Services

Consultation

$150/hr — During our consultation I will use my 9+ years of experience in the tax industry and my resources to answer your tax and business questions.

Tax Planning Session

$495 — This session is perfect for new and existing business owners who feel like they are paying too much in taxes and need help lowering their tax burden. After this session you will feel confident in the future of your tax situation. During our tax planning session, we ask your questions to learn more about your tax situation. We then make suggestions on how to legally lower your taxes using various tax strategies that we have helped many of our clients implement.
